The Small but Shiny Brewery

Located in 3500 square feet of warehouse space, Midnight Sun Brewing Co. has an annual capacity of 3000 barrels (bbls), or 93,000 gallons. The 15-barrel brewery consists of a steam-fired mash tun and kettle, one hot liquor tank, three 30-bbl unitanks, a 30-bbl primary fermenter, three 15-bbl conditioning/ bright beer tanks, two 30-bbl conditioning/bright beer tanks and our favorite 3-bbl Grundy tank (used for yeast propogation and our infamous "3-barrel line" of specialty beers). We currently package our wonderful beers in 22-ounce bottles, draft kegs and, on occasion, in 750 ml, 1.5 L or 3 L magnums.

Fabulous and (still) FREE Tours

Midnight Sun Brewing Company offers FREE brewhouse tours every Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM. [The actual brewhouse tour begins about 6:15 pm and lasts about 20-30 minutes.] We invite all of you seekers of incredible beer adventures to join us for an informative tour of our shiny little brewhouse. For those 21 and over, enjoy fresh & flavorful beer samples in the tasting room.

All ages can tour the place but only those 21 years of age or older can sample the goods. No reservations are required.
