Quit your trippin’ and start sippin!
Brett Trippin’ was conditioned with Brettanomyces in Chardonnay oak barrels to create a simply refreshing yet complex summertime sipper that’s light, fruity, and deceptively smooth. Complexity is driven by the yeast strain and fermentation temperature while citrus and spice notes combine with malt sweetness to help give this Belgian tripel its distinct character. After going through a secondary fermentation in oak barrels with Brettanomyces, the complexity in this beer only grows with Brett offering a distinct funky/aged character with hints of pineapple & stone fruit. Brett Trippin’ is the first barrel aged brett beer Midnight Sun has produced in a few years, so come try something new with this funky, citrusy, and slightly tart Belgian ale perfect for warm summer days.
