As soon as Lee gets that first glimpse of snow on Flattop, we release both our hopes of summer staying and our tantalizing Termination Dust. This annual confirmation is a Belgian barley wine aged in oak barrels that blends 4 different yeast strains for a strong Belgian ester profile of stone fruit, raisins and alcohol warmth. The complex malt bill adds a depth of malt sweetness and slight roast character that compliments the vanilla and bourbon notes brought out of the barrel through extended aging. Bundle up and drink down some Termination Dust, because winter is right around the corner.
